Owners Car Park – On arrival please visit the Owners & Trainers Carpark which is located within the Main Public Carpark off Legsby Road. Owners & Trainers have a dedicated entrance & liaison point located opposite the carpark where you will be greeted by Linda & Maureen on arrival.
Badge Allocation - We provide 6 badges per runner and Linda at the Owners & Trainers desk will be delighted to assist with any queries you might have on the day. Further badges can be purchased for £10 each, please note these badges will be for our premium enclosure, The County Enclosure and will not permit access to the O&T Bar. Elaine will be on hand at the entrance to guide you around the Racecourse – especially if you have not visited before. Please note the PASS system is in situ at Market Rasen Racecourse, we encourage Owners and Trainers to book badges online as per the guidelines, the booking website is www.rcapass.com . If you’re unable to pre book your badges through the PASS website please call the Racecourse Office on 01673 843434 with your PASS card details to hand.
We would like to offer owners’ whose horses are entered but do not run 4 general admission tickets badges, if you would still like to come racing, please email Lisa Padbury in advance to request these badges and they can be collected from the Owners and Trainers Entrance. Unfortunately if your horse does not run we are unable to offer access to the Owners and Trainers facility as this is reserved for owners with a runner on the day.
Dress Code – Collared shirts for men, no trainers and dress for the weather!
Owners Facilities - Our 2015, 2016 and 2017 ROA Gold Standard nominated Racecourse boasts an Owners & Trainers Bar located in the County Enclosure with views over the finishing line where you can cheer your horse home from. This facility is a haven for Owners & Trainers offering comfortable seating, hot and cold complimentary food, private washroom facility, a private tote service and full bar incorporating our finest wines and draft beers. On arrival to Market Rasen, Owners with declared runners will be issued a complimentary food voucher to redeem a hot dish of the day or sandwich lunch option; this can be redeemed in our Owners & Trainers bar which is hosted by Rosie who will be on hand to help with any queries or specific requirements.
LOOKING TO UPGRADE YOUR EXPERIENCE? – Look no further than the Brocklesby Suite Restaurant! There are two options for Owners and Trainers who would like to dine at Market Rasen Racecourse. If you would like a private table these can be booked in advance of the Raceday by calling the Racecourse Office, Owners and Trainers will receive a £10 discount off the standard restaurant price. Alternatively, on the morning of declarations spaces can be booked on our shared Owners and Trainers tables with two or three Course packages available from £25 per person. Payment will be taken on the day of racing for the shared Owners and Trainers tables with private table bookings paid in advance of the race meeting. Travel - In terms of getting here: From the South – A1 to Newark, M1 to Leicester (Junction 21) and then follow the A46 to Market Rasen via Lincoln. The Racecourse is then clearly signposted from the town – although on white signs, rather than the “Brown” signs that you might typically expect. From the North – A1 – M18 – M180 – A15 to Caenby Corner Roundabout, left on A631 to Market Rasen.
The nearest station is Market Rasen. If travelling from London please visit Kings Cross Station for trains to Newark Northgate, then change for Market Rasen.
Please note, trains do not run to Market Rasen Train Station on Sunday’s. The nearest station would be Lincoln Station

A time for celebration - Here at Market Rasen Racecourse we understand the importance of celebrating success, with that in mind not only do we give our winning connections the VIP experience we’re also delighted to welcome after the respective race, ALL connections of placed runners to Bud’s Place. Hosted by Rachael, Bud’s Place is a facility for all placed connections to review your race with refreshments in the warm. Claire will visit all connections in the Winners Enclosure after your race and direct you to Buds Place which is located just outside of the Racecourse Office.
Parade Ring Safety - Please be aware that we do not permit children under the age of 12 into the Parade Ring or Winner’s Enclosure. We apologise if this causes an inconvenience however, the health and safety of all our visitors – horses and human – is of paramount importance to us and the Parade Ring can be a particularly dangerous area. We thank you in advance for your co-operation.
